In 2007, concierge medicine was just lifting off, and the increasing demand for her services and the experts with whom she worked grew until a specialized rapid response team was formed that specialized in amenities-based practice development that was bifurcating from traditional mainstream managed care business models. Concierge Physician Resources is a full-service concierge practice development consultancy for physicians that have chosen to transition their practice independently instead of purchasing a franchise from one of many concierge medical practice chains. We've helped primary care physicians and some trail-blazing specialists throughout the USA, Europe and the Middle East develop a new vision and mission and reaffirm their values into a market-based strategy for a thriving new business model.
Our Practice Assessment Program - This one time fee is affordable and includes an executive summary and suggested action steps. In fact, the fee is so low, you have to call us because it includes the airfare and hotel expense to send a consultant to your location to conduct the assessment. If you decide to take that executive summary and do things yourself, that's your decision. If you decide to continue with us to act as project manager for your transition, we will deduct the entire initial assessment fee, (including the travel costs) from your monthly retainer payments total. You can put the entire fee on a credit card if you like.
Our Budget Plan for Your Transition - We spread your transition service agreement over a 36-month budget plan to make your transition to concierge medicine affordable. There are no carrying costs, no interest. And, if you decide to pay off your retainer early, there's no prepayment penalty. We remain with you as your trusted adviser and strategist for the first 36 months. Our estimate is that you need to have an existing budget available (or a line of credit with the bank) for the first three or four months. After that, your payments will likely be paid out of membership fees.
